The terms take effect from the date you being using the Services and subject to the Termination clause shall continue in effect for the duration of your use of the Services.

If you utilise Clarus and/or ICAP data to fuel any in-house business application (mark-to-market, portfolio evaluations, risk management systems, etc) you must acquire a special license to authorise the use of the data. An Application Data Usage License is required to appropriately license and authorise the use of Clarus and/or ICAP Data within internal applications, programs, products and any other services for creation of any calculated output (“Derived Data”) outside of the standard desktop vendor terminal display device. It should not be possible to reverse engineer derived data, nor should the calculation output be intended to replace usage of Clarus and/or ICAP Data. API fees will be calculated on a – per site/per application basis.
A use case where the API is used to create displays intended to replicate or replace the SDRView Service, may incur additional per user individual license fees. Calculation of indices for internal or external use is prohibited.
