London, October 28, 2014. Clarus Financial Technology announces today that Sandy Broderick has been appointed to its Advisory Board.

An experienced capital markets professional; Sandy has 23 years of derivatives exposure and 13 years involvement in post-trade infrastructure. Most recently as CEO of DTCC Deriv/SERV, Sandy led the company through the roll out of its Global Trade Repository in Asia and Europe, focusing on increased transparency, regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
Prior to that he was CEO of New York Portfolio Clearing, a joint venture between DTCC and NYSE providing cross margining of securities and derivatives. He has played a significant role in the Fixed Income and Derivatives markets for many years, participating in numerous industry initiatives in clearing and infrastructure, including as a former Chairman of OTC DerivNet.
