Onur spent more than 16 years in quantitative finance and related fields. He worked at UBS, Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) and vendors including Calypso, Bloomberg and IHS Markit, getting involved in modelling, product management and more recently solution sales.

He has a PhD. from University of Michigan and BS. & MSc. degrees from METU in Mechanical Engineering. He was a post-doctoral researcher at University of Cambridge before starting his finance career.
