9 of the top 15 blogs are on some aspect of Risk Free Rates (e.g. SOFR, SONIA, €STR) clearly demonstrating how the topic of IBOR transition is hugely important.

Next the blogs that we published in earlier years, ranked by their views in the year 2019. These we term “evergreen” as they get views most days, largely from Google search and have become established as prime reference articles for the topic in question.

The top seven with > 5,000 views, the next five with > 4,000 views, the rest with > 3,000 views each, a cumulative 105,000 views for these 20 blogs.

The top three in the list stand out; Mechanics of Cross Currency Swaps with 14,000 views, SA-CCR with 11,000 views and Settle to Market with 7,000 views, each with > 5 mins of average time on the page. The cumulative time spent on just these three is a staggering 2,600 hours or 110 days!
Incredible, who would have thought that such topics would prove so popular and be so year after year.

In each of these we added at least 8 new blog articles in the year.
These categories reflect not only our own interest but more importantly what our readers find to be of value based on the view statistics data that we collect.
Website Statistics
Traffic on the Clarus website continues to average 20,000 users and 50,000 page views a month.
Key Statistics:
- We published 116 new blog articles in the year.
- There are now 845 articles on our website.
- 100 of these had > 1,000 views in 2019.
- We had > 900 unique users on 208 unique days in the year,
- The highest single day with 1,481 users,
- The highest week with 5,498 users.
- For the year our website had 565,000 page views,
- From 330,000 sessions and 195,000 users.
- The cumulative time spent by all users was 10,000 hours or 400 days.
A phenomenal amount of time.
Final Thoughts
We strive each week to create original content that educates, informs and interests readers.
We hope to continue to do the same in 2020.
